Flat hierarchies, opportunities for further training, personal appreciation, interesting task fields

Who we are

In CENIT’s name, more than 900 staff members from 30 countries are working hard to get our client businesses ready for the digital future. Our customers include startups, medium-scale businesses and major corporations, from a wide range of industries such as automotive, aviation, manufacturing or financial services. We CENIT employees are the driving force behind our company. We are inspired by our vision of being the champion of process digitalization.

Strategic partnerships with leading IT service and platform providers such as Dassault Systèmes, SAP and IBM, together with our own industry- and process-specific expertise, offer us a valuable basis for helping our customers achieve sustainable digital progress.

What we offer

A feel-good environment that lets you realize your full potential. At CENIT, this includes a first-name culture and respectful interaction, but also the means for staff to arrange working hours and location flexibly via trust-based flextime and remote working schemes.

Individual annual performance reviews, company retirement benefits, PME Family Service support in the event of special hardships, CENIT worktime accounting e.g. for sabbatical leaves, and our bicycle leasing scheme – these are just a few examples of the many interesting benefits we provide to our employees.

But what really makes CENIT stand out is our team spirit – it’s simply a lot of fun working as part of such a highly motivated team!

Who we are looking for

Our corporate culture is defined by our values: Partnership-based, entrepreneurial, future-oriented, dynamic, trusting. It is important to us that new colleagues identify with these values as well.

If you also enjoy working with cutting-edge technology, if you’re curious, able to quickly take responsibility for topics, projects and clients, and if you always write the word TEAM in capital letters – then we should get to know each other as soon as possible!
