We care a great deal about the opinions of our applicants, our staff, and our former employees as well. We are therefore happy to receive any and all constructive feedback. It’s important for us to know about your experiences with CENIT so that we can learn from them and work on improving ourselves. This culture of candidness is an elementary value within CENIT’s corporate culture and one we practice actively. That’s why we are especially pleased to have received three new awards recently. We are proud to be able to call ourselves “Top Company”, “Top Employer” and “Top SME Employer” – accolades based not on self-congratulation but on your opinions.

Crain’s Detroit Business and the Best Companies Group have evaluated employee surveys from all participating companies and awarded 75 enterprises. In 2014, CENIT earned the “Cool Places to Work in Michigan” Award for the second time running. CENIT earned top ratings in almost all major categories (85% positive feedback).
The magazine Focus publishes an annual special issue ranking the best employer companies in Germany. Focus collects the data for these listings in association with Xing and Kununu, via an elaborate 18-month study that takes feedback from more than 70,000 employees of all ages and levels of hierarchy into account. The result in 2016: 1,000 companies from 22 industry sectors earned the seal of “Best Employer” - and we are one of them.
CENIT is listed with kununu.com, the leading employer evaluation platform in the German-speaking part of Europe, as a Top Company. This seal is awarded exclusively to companies that have earned above-average assessment values in a wide range of categories. In addition, we have gained the title of Open Company. This seal, held by only 1.6% of companies listed with Kununu, is endowed for particularly proactive responses to evaluations.
On kununu.com, current and former employees can evaluate their employer based on a host of different criteria. A company’s feelgood and career ranking on kununu is a product of evaluations in categories including working climate, interest level of duties, work-life balance, equal opportunity, career/training, pay/benefits and image. Job use kununu to give feedback and evaluations on the application process, and our trainees can offer comments on the CENIT training program. In this way, prospective applicants can gain a thorough impression of the enterprise - from the view of our employees.
The job exchange website Yourfirm is the top choice in Germany for applicants looking for a job in the small and medium enterprise sector. In 2015, Yourfirm commissioned a survey in which 2 million Yourfirm users participated via an online template and email form to vote for their “Top SME Employers” from a list of over 10,000 companies. The success factors for the survey were the company’s success reputation and attractiveness as employer. We are very pleased that this survey led to CENIT being awarded the title of “Top SME Employer”.
