Stuttgart, December 16th, 2014 - The Supervisory Board of CENIT AG decided on the premature contract renewal of the two Management Board members Kurt Bengel and Matthias Schmidt.
The contract of Kurt Bengel was thereby extended for five years until 12/31/2019. In addition, a contract extension until 07/31/2019 was decided for Matthias Schmidt.
Kurt Bengel, CEO, born in 1962, has been employed at CENIT since 1988 and was appointed to the Management Board on January 1st, 2007. He is responsible for the worldwide operational business and for the departments marketing and investor relations.
Matthias Schmidt, born in 1969, joined the Management Board of CENIT AG on February 1st, 2013. He is responsible for the departments financ-es/controlling and human resources.
