CENIT AG has decided to increase its stake in ISR Information Products AG from 74.9% to 100%
The increase will be financed through a capital increase with subscription rights, with an issue volume of just under EUR 10.9 million; major shareholder PRIMEPULSE SE is backing the capital increase.
