Our recruiting process

We want to make your journey to CENIT as simple and transparent as possible. Every application is reviewed carefully and individually, in close coordination with the specialist departments. What matters most to us is getting to know you as a person and finding out if we are a good match. So be authentic and open, just the way you are. 

1. Your application

  • Online via our job portal
  • Required documents: CV or alternatively your XING/LinkedIn profile, plus certificates if available
  • Cover letter: optional 

2. Document Review

Our HR team reviews your documents in coordination with the specialist department. 

3. Getting to Know Each Other

  • Initial professional exchange (optional): with the specialist department, approx. 30 minutes

  • First interview: specialist department & HR, approx. 1–1.5 hours 

  • Second interview: specialist department & HR, approx. 1–1.5 hours 

Whether the interviews take place virtually via MS Teams or on-site will be agreed individually during the scheduling process. 

4. Hiring and onboarding

After a successful process, you will receive digitally your contract. This comes with the title: Welcome to CENIT! We will support you from the beginning and make sure that you feel integrated from day one.
