Board members
Peter Schneck joined the CENIT Group as a member of the Executive Board on October 18, 2021
Peter Schneck, born in 1971, graduated in law from the University of Bonn in 1997 (Major: International Business Law) and obtained an MBA degree from the University of Reading, UK in 2012.
During his career, Peter Schneck gained broad management experience, often at the helm of large, internationally active corporations. For example, he acted as Managing Director of Scheidt & Bachmann, a leading global provider of IT solutions for parking management, and later as Managing Director of car park and transport company APCOA. Following his move to Trapeze Group, a leading software provider for transport engineering owned by Canadian-based Constellation corporation, Peter Schneck headed the company as CEO from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, he joined the Management Board of DATAGROUP SE, where prior to his move to CENIT he was responsible for mergers & acquisitions, investor relations and legal affairs.
As a financial expert, Axel Otto can look back on a wide range of demanding strategic and operative functions in business management: Prior to his appointment as CENIT CFO, Axel Otto acted as CFO for the internationally active, Bretten-based Seeburger AG from 2018 bis 2023. The company is an established business integration and IT provider.
From 2011 to 2018, Axel Otto headed the finance division at Härter Stanztechnik, a leading manufacturer of tools, stamped products and metal/plastic components.
His activities also focused on financial affairs in his earlier positions, e.g. as tax consultant and manager at consulting and financial services companies as well as several years in the area of auditing at Deloitte Deutschland (2000 to 2005).
Axel Otto graduated in economics from the University of Cologne in 2000 and holds a degree in business administration.
In his position as CFO of the CENIT Group, Axel Otto is responsible for finance/controlling, IT and human resources.
Supervisory Board
The CENIT Supervisory Board consists of three members. The body’s main responsibilities include supporting and advising CENIT’s management, participation in major business decisions, assessment and management of risk, assurance of compliance with legal regulations and company guidelines, as well as reporting to shareholders and other stakeholders.
Together with the Executive Board and the Leadership Team, the Supervisory Board contributes substantially to CENIT’s long-term planning and provides support toward implementing the company’s vision and goals in the interest of our employees, shareholders and other stakeholders.

Leadership Team
CENIT’s 13-member Leadership Team collaborates across business units with the Executive Board to actively promote the core topics of CENIT Group. Major aspects include continued development and improvement of our customer orientation and innovative capacity, as well as constant reinforcement of the expertise of our employees around the globe. The overarching goal of the Leadership Team is to ensure and promote profitable growth across CENIT Group.
