Stuttgart, April 15, 2026 – Mr. Peter Schneck, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CENIT AG, has stepped down from his position as Chairman of the Management Board of CENIT AG by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board, effective at the end of April 30, 2026. The Supervisory Board of CENIT AG has appointed Dipl.-Ing. Martin Thiel, previously Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the CENIT Group, as a member of the Management Board and CEO with effect from May 1, 2026.

The CENIT Group has been honored by SAP SE with the Global Partner Award 2026 in the category of Supply Chain Management Solution Excellence. This makes CENIT part of an exclusive group of just 23 partners worldwide to have received this prestigious award.

Stuttgart, June 24, 2025 – Effective July 1, 2025, the CENIT Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Johannes Fues to the Management Board of CENIT AG.

Following a series of mergers and acquisitions in Europe, CENIT Group is now expanding its presence in North America: Effective July 17, CENIT is assuming a 60 percent stake in the US company Analysis Prime LLC – a global leader in SAP planning and analytics. With this acquisition, CENIT Group is diversifying its SAP business and achieves a major input of expertise in the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) field.

Strategy consulting and process digitalization now go hand in hand: June 1 marks the launch of a strategic partnership between management consulting firm Bain & Company and digitalization specialist CENIT. The partners plan to combine their strategy, process and technology expertise to help company customers succeed in digital competition.

CENIT began the new year with a first milestone: Effective January 1, 2024, the international CENIT Group has acquired a 100% share of CCE b:digital GmbH & Co. KG (CCE). The acquisition consolidates the Group’s Dassault Systèmes business and secures additional market shares.
