Worlds first integration of Intershop and FileNET Panagon

Stuttgart, February 24th 2000. -  At the CeBIT 2000, CENIT AG Systems presents, for the first time, the integration of INTERSHOP and FileNET Panagon. This development, produced independently by the Stuttgart systems company, offers the only solution worldwide so far that combines the e-commerce software from INTERSHOP with the workflow and document management functions of FileNET Panagon. The result is a powerful combination which links the electronic trading system direct to in-house sequences to produce an unbroken process chain. Thus complaints, for example, triggered by customers or business partners via the Internet can be transferred automatically into the subsequent business processes.
