Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015)

Internal audits are conducted to check the effectiveness of the management system. As well as confirming whether or not the management system is in compliance with standards, these audits primarily aim to identify and implement opportunities for optimization.

In addition to the ongoing internal audits, a system audit is performed once a year by an external certification authority. This evaluates the management system as a whole and its application and effectiveness in accordance with standards in detail.

Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001:2013)

An information security management system built to this standard provides a basis for identifying and controlling specific information security risks and for safeguarding the necessary reliability of IT systems.

Certification to ISO/IEC27001 will become even more significant in the future. After all, in the enterprises of today, comprehensive information security encompasses much more than impenetrable firewalls and a seamless backup solution.

Instead, information has developed into a sustainable company asset of critical importance. Any misuse or loss of data can seriously impact a company, no matter its size, and potentially pose an existential threat.
