Course "V5 basics for NC Programmers" or Course "V5 Basis Block I"

Content
  • Definition of the programming environment (machines, axis system, required geometry, tool lists)
  • Generation of roughing operations incl. roughing of residual stock
  • Programming of 3D finishing operations (z-constant, parallel-plane, contour-guided, etc.)
  • Milling of grooves
  • Determination and machining of residual stock
  • Generation of prismatic milling operations (contours, surfaces, pockets, gravures)
  • Definition of recurring machining sequences
  • Working with tool lists
  • Definition of HSC-compatible programs
  • Programming of positioning axes (3+2-axis machining and automatic 5-axis milling)
  • Simulation, analysis and documentation of individual machining operations and complete programs
