Conditions of participation for CENIT Trainings

In addition to the training services provided by our competent instructors, our training courses include extensive documentation and, if the course is held at one of our training centers, use of our workstations. Upon completion of a given course, each participant will receive a certificate which confirms participation and gives an overview of the course content. If the training event is held at our offices, the participation fee includes lunch as well as beverages during breaks. In addition to the detailed theoretical modules, a large part of our courses consists of practical exercises. For training at our premises, we guarantee a ratio of at most two participants per workstation so as to ensure maximum learning effect. Should training be conducted at your premises, we recommend you ensure the same ratio.

Unless otherwise agreed, training will be conducted at one of the CENIT training centers. The training location indicated in the registration confirmation is binding. Our training centers are located at our branch offices (see www.cenit.com/directions). Please be informed that not all courses are available at all training centers. Where required and as agreed, we would be pleased to offer such courses at your premises instead.

Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the precise starting times of the respective course. On training days, there will be breaks for breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee. Upon arrangement, we are also able to offer training courses outside the usual working hours.
We request you make your own arrangements for accommodation but would be pleased to assist you in selecting a suitable hotel. Where courses are held at your premises, we request that you arrange hotel reservations for our instructors upon prior consultation with us.

The prices listed in the CENIT training schedule are quoted as base fees per person. If you should wish to register more than two persons for a particular course, we are able to grant you an attractive price discount for CATIA V5, CATIA V6 and NC courses (this discount is not available for DELMIA, SIMULIA, Abaqus and CATIA system courses):

• 8 percent discount for three or four registrations by a single customer for a single training event
• 15 percent discount for five or more registrations by a single customer for a single training event

For courses held at your premises, the quoted flat-rate fee applies. Additionally, we will invoice you separately for the instructors’ travel and hotel expenses as well as subsistence. Where course preparation requires installation work or where machine rental is needed to conduct the course, the attendant costs will likewise be invoiced to you.

Training fees are payable net without deduction upon receipt of invoice. Prices are quoted exclusive of statutory VAT. All pricing information is without guarantee; the price cited by CENIT in the reservation confirmation is the applicable price.

A reserved training course may be canceled up to two weeks prior to the first day of training. In the event of a later cancelation, we shall invoice the full training fee. Optionally, you may name a replacement participant at no extra cost. Should an insufficient number of participants have registered for a particular course, we reserve the right to cancel the course at short notice and propose an alternative course date.

The fee for on-site training is exclusive of course documentation. For these course materials we shall invoice EUR 80.00 per course participant. We must receive your written order for the course documentation latest one week before the course begins. 
In the event of belated order receipt, we cannot guarantee that the training documentation will be delivered to the training venue on time.
The client shall make the following equipment available: At least one machine per two course participants, including the valid CATIA licenses required for the course, as well as beamer and whiteboard.

The supporting documentation for CATIA V5 training courses held at the CENIT Academy has been developed by our experts based on their extensive practical experience. This material will be distributed to the participants at the beginning of the course. Thanks to the wide range of examples and practical hints, the documentation is also ideal for broadening the acquired knowledge and/or refreshing it at a later date. For V6 training, we rely on documentation by Dassault Systèmes.
The documentation is useful not only for further expanding the knowledge acquired during a CENIT training course, it is also an ideal reference for day-to-day work.
The distributed training materials are intended exclusively for use by participants in CENIT AG training courses. They may not be reproduced, exhibited or made public in any other way or form. Use of the documentation and/or data at training events not conducted by CENIT AG is likewise prohibited.
