The use of our website is normally possible without providing personal data.

To the extent that personal data is collected on our pages (e.g. name, postal address or email addresses), this always takes place on a voluntary basis, insofar as possible.

The provider (and/or their webspace provider) collects data each time the offering is accessed (so-called server log files). The access data includes:

Personal data of affected individuals shall be deleted or barred from access as soon as the purpose of data storage is fulfilled. You may at any time, with future effect, revoke your consent to our processing of your data. Upon such a revocation, we shall cease processing your data, provided that there are no compelling legitimate grounds for further processing.

Duration of Data Storage

We will store your data for the duration of the time in which you are actively pursuing an application with CENIT AG, but no longer than six months following the conclusion of the application process. At this point in time, we shall delete your data from our application management system.

Consent to Further Storage of Your Data

Above and beyond this storage period, we shall store, process and use your data only if you have consented to these activities. Storage, processing and use will then be for the purpose of contacting you in the event that a suitable position becomes vacant. In such cases, we shall store your data for a period of one year after conclusion of the application process.
